Amazon.com Product Description Work your chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, abs, and more with the Marcy SB510 utility bench. The SB510 is comfortable and supportive, with deluxe boxed upholstery constructed of top-grade, high-density foam. The multi-position back pad, meanwhile, adjusts from flat to incline to decline, so you can work your muscles from several positions. And to keep you secure while in the decline position, the SB510 includes an oversized, adjustable leg holder with foam roller pads. Other features include a pop-pin chrome slide track adjustment and a durable powder-coated finish. The bench functions independently or adapts to fit most squat racks, half cages, and Smith machines.

| Customer Reviews: Great June 12, 2010 The Notorious J.O.O. (The Seventh circle of Hell, USA) It came on time and wasn't hard to put together its strong enough to hold my 230lbs, + weights its comfortable and not to big this is a A++ buy
Excellent for the Price January 12, 2010 Greg B (Long Beach, CA USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Pros:
It's very versatile for workouts
Sturdy
Well balanced
Price!
Relatively small
Cons:
Is pretty stiff when trying to adjust
When you are putting on the backrest make sure you dont tighten the screws too hard, the metal threading inside isnt too strong and now I only got 3/4 screws holding it in.
Overall:
Well worth the price and great for at home.
Good basic bench August 10, 2010 Eric M. O'Neill I am basically happy with the bench. I am over 6 ft and my wife is about 5'2" and we both fit. The things I don't like are: the screw must be completely removed to adjust it. Also the seat is attached to the leg part, so when you raise the leg part you sloe the seat back. But maybe this is better, I just didn't get it. Overall it is very sturdy and we are using it a lot.
Great Product September 4, 2010 keebler Great product. Use it almost everyday. I am about 190lbs and I use about 90-100lbs for bench press and about 70-80lbs for incline and it supports me well. Only problem was it was a little difficult to put together.
