This is a good weight bench. I use mine for bench press, tricep extensions, and,with addition of ankle weights, leg extensions. Ie is very solid despite its light weight. I weigh 300lbs. It also serves as a nice bench to sit on. very comfortable.

I bought this bench a few months ago and it's worth it for the price. While it's just a bench (doesn't have any fancy tilt or dumbell rack features, etc) it works. It's easy to assemble, is comfortable for my 5'6" frame, and is light so I can move it from room to room as needed. Just what I needed.

I bought this bench for my boyfriend who uses it every day. It was very easy (and quick) to assemble, it's sturdy, and comfortable. I was impressed with the quality and for the price, I don't think you can beat it.

No the bench isn't adjustable and doesn't decline, but if you are looking for a flat weight bench this is a great buy for the price. Its very sturdy and I am a larger person.
